How do I use assessment tags?

Step 1: Within the Assessments tab, click Manage Tags to create an assessment tag.

Step 2: Type in the name of your tag and click Add New Tag. You can add as many tags as you would like in this step. You may also click Delete Tag to remove any existing tags.

Step 3: To add assessment tags to an assessment, check the checkboxes next to one or multiple assessments that you would like to add a tag to. Once you make your selections, click Add tag to Assessments.

Step 4: To confirm these are the assessments you would like to tag, click Add Tag to Assessments. Click Remove Tag next to any assessment that you do not want to add a tag to. Click "x" to close the modal.

Step 5: Click on the number in the Tags column to add additional tags to an assessment or remove them. Shared and district tags will not show up in the tag number count.

Step 6: Lastly, click the Filter by Tag drop down to filter your assessment list by tag.
