How do I send a message to students?
Step 1: From your homepage, click on the Messages tab.
Step 2: Click on the "Create New Message" link.
Step 3: Enter a subject and message for students.
Step 4: Choose whether you would like students to have the option to reply. If students are currently online, the message can be sent as an instant message.
Step 5: To send to the entire class, select the box next to the class name.
Step 6: To select specific students, click the arrows to expand and view the class roster. You will see a status notification for any student that is currently online.
Step 7: Click the "Send Message" button.
Step 8: You will receive a message showing that the message has been sent successfully. Click the "Close" button.
